This venue was a great choice for staying in a peaceful area close to the heart of the city where I could experience both the hustle and bustle of the medina and the vibrant center for a four-day trip.

This hotel is located in a tranquil area, away from the bustling city, with beautiful views of the palm trees and the Atlas Mountains. The garden is stunning, filled with fully-grown palm trees that create a serene atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, combining modern and traditional Marrakech architecture, making them very comfortable and pleasing to the eye. The staff at reception, especially Tarek, were incredibly helpful and attentive, providing suggestions for places to visit and even sorting out a taxi issue for us. The restaurant, although limited for vegetarians, was accommodating and the chef made delicious meals upon request. this place offers a peaceful retreat for couples, with its quiet location and absence of children.
Recommended for all.

The room was beautifully decorated and had a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings of the hotel's pool area.
The prices for drinks and food at the hotel were very high. The location was quite far from the city center, making it expensive to go out and explore.

The spa treatments were amazing and very relaxing after a long day of business meetings. the breakfast had a great selection of fresh fruits and pastries. the location was just a short walk to the main road, making it easy to explore the area.
The decor felt a bit outdated and in need of some updating. the noise from the nearby traffic could be heard from the room at times.

The restaurant offered a delicious Christmas dinner and the staff were friendly and welcoming. , the hotel's location is perfect for those seeking a peaceful getaway as it's situated in a quiet area surrounded by nature.
The bathroom had a strange odor and the water pressure was low. The spa was also underwhelming with limited options and the pool was not heated.
